Whether it’s self care sunday, or… any other day of the week, taking care of yourself doesn’t always need to take a lot of time. Keep reading for 10 of our favorite quick self care activities (each one can be completed in less than a minute!)

1. Wash your face.

4. Move your phone to another part of the room while sleeping

This is one of those things that we know, deep down, is good for us. You might need to get an alarm clock!

6. Swap out your toothbrush

According to the American Dental Association (ADA), you should be getting a new toothbrush every 3-4 months. It’s probably been… longer than that since you’ve changed it. 

7. Clean off your nightstand

It’s one of the first things you see when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep at night

8. Throw away your junk mail

You think you’ll need it, but you won’t. 

9. Take your vitamins

They’re good for you.

10. Set a goal for the day

And it doesn’t need to be a big goal either. Accomplishing that first goal will help build momentum for a productive day.
